the Intensified Measures against Earthquake Disaster Plan an integral part of the Operational Plan for Disaster Prevention and Local Plan for Disaster Prevention, which they would already have in accordance with the Disaster Prevention Basic Act.The intensified Plan would provide the following;
-matters concerning the emergency measures for earthquake disasters which would be taken when the Declaration of Warning were issued
-plans concerning the improvement of facilities such as refuges, evacuation routes and fire defense facilities, which need to be improved immediately from the point of view of disaster prevention.
(c)Emergency Plan for Earthquake Disaster Prevention
The managers of such private facilities as would be important for disaster prevention should draw up an Emergency Plan for Earthquake Disaster Prevention, which should provide the action plan for disaster prevention, education, public relations and disaster-preparedness drills.
(ii)Special Fiscal Measures Act for Urgent Improvement Projects for Earthquake Countermeasures in Areas under Intensified Measures against Earthquake Disaster
